Okay, so the bad effects, like addiction and health problems, and mental problems associated with drugs, now no longer do anything.
But the "good" effects still happen, like the feeling of being stoned, or hyper, or whatever. And it wouldn't be illegal, were're in magical land, where it's legal, kay? If you could do any, which :D Me, I'd probably do heroin, seeing as that's what the "hardcore" druggies do, and I wouldn't get addicted or end up in rehab or anything.
But really, I know I would get addicted, so I'm not going anywhere near it  Although I'd probably get there and be shit scared, xD
Although, I'd maybe take E too. not at the same time though. :D
