Talk to her about how you feel. She could be feeling the same way as you. Or maybe she's nervous. Maybe before you kiss her, you should ask if it's ok first. I can relate with you on 1 thing though. When I'm with my b/f, I'm totally kool, when were apart from each other, I'm also questionning things.
