Help, friends in trouble |

So tonight some friends of mine were having a party and they had alcohol there. I guess what happened was the cops were called on account of noise. When they got there, they proceeded to enter the house, uninvited, gather the alcohol, took a picture and dumped it all. they gave my friends tickets and sent the rest home. I know about the Plain View Doctrine, but did they have a right to go into the freezer and through the rest of the house to obtain the items? If anyone knows anything about this or has had expierence,, any advice would be comforting. Thanks in advance
