College VS. Job

I am having an issue figuring out what to do for this coming semester with my job and college courses. Here is the dilemma:

I started college in the fall semester of last year. In January I got hired at Circuit City, and from the start, told them that Wednesdays I couldn't work because of one class being on campus {the rest online}. Just this month, a short way away from the end of the semester, I was able to get Wednesdays off FINALLY to be able to get to class easier.

I have had other problems with Circuit City, but more currently, and to the point, my issue:
I need to stay in college full time to keep all of my health insurance. We picked enough classes to equal a bit more than 12 credits, which is part of the problem. If I take some of those courses away, I won't be able to take certain courses until after those ones are completed later on. {Some of my enrolled classes are prerequisites.}
The classes for next semester make it difficult to get hours at Circuit City that benefit both the company as well as me.
My weekends are already taken up by a job at a restaurant, which I need to work at anyway during my college courses. {The degree requires 400 work hours at a restaurant}. Originally I thought I would be transitioning to this job from Circuit City, but unfortunately that hasn't happened yet.
So my issue is what to do with this situation: quit Circuit City and try to get more hours at the restaurant which won't happen for a while anyway. However, I still need money. OR quit school, and earn money since I need it, and go back to school later.

Can anyone help me? I know this decision is supposed to be for me, but it's too hard and stressful, it's not like I can decide with the snap of my fingers.
I don't even know if I explained my situation good enough, lol.

Typically, when people quit school to make money they rarely go back. I'd stick with school and take more hours at the restaurant when you can get them. Don't jeopardize your future just because you don't have time for CC.

I would shy away from the idea of quitting school, because it's been shown (I'm too lazy to find the stats) that many college students that "take a break" from college, for whatever reason, never go back.

What happens though, if when I quit CC, I can't get more hours at the restaurant, therefore end up not getting enough money?

Maybe you could start looking for a new job that WILL take your school needs into consideration and then give notice at Circuit City.

This is similar to what happened to me, when i was going to Culinary school i started working at a bakery, it wasn't required and had no connection to school, i just wanted to put some time in in a real world environment. Well despite having other students from the same school working there the managers kept giving me too many hours, scheduled at bad times that left me no time to sleep, eat, or decompress after school. To make matters worse this happened at a time when homework was really picking up and i had several papers due. i soon quit that job and everything got better but it made me realize something.

You are paying big money or at least taking out big loans so that you might one day have a better job tat will pay you BIG MONEY. School is the priority here and it's much easier to find a job or boss who can give you a flexible schedule than trying to find a school that will rework it's entire course schedule for you ;)
