I'm really struggling today. I dont know what to do with myself. I've tried sleeping, but i can't. I've tried playing the sims 2, which i usually love, but i cant get into it. There is nothing on T.V i can loose myself in. And my throat is so sore, and my head aches, i cant consetrate on a book or puzzle or anything. I was so fed up just being in my room, i went for a walk already, but its just too hot out today, it's hurting my head more. I've now come to the library now, to pass some time by, but there isn't anything i feel i want to do online.
I just don't know what to do with myself!

Im soo sorry. I know what that feels like..and for the same reasons. Maybe call someone to hang out. Its better if you surround yourself with people.

I wish. :( i have nobody to hang out with, all my old friends live to far, and i dont have money to travel to them and vice versa, and then the people i live with who were around when it happenend and being horrible to me, even tho they have given witness statements saying that the guy did take advantage of me, they are still being quite horrible to me too.

Go for runs not walks. When you get exhausted and feel like you cant run anymore, speed up and keep going, aim for distance and dont worry about the run home because everyone makes the run home. Youll get a very nice high and your higher thought will run wild youll figure shit out and by the end be less upset. No joke, it takes me about eighteen miles at a six minute mile pace to get the feeling but I'm a good runner, four or five out and back should be enough for you. Run away from it all and then youll find yourself rushing back into it, ready to tackle your day and your issues.

He tried to get away with it and gave her some bull story, so i rang her up last night and told me my side of the story, the whole truth. She didn't know what to believe though, i don't even think they will split up over it.
She's obviously one of those gulliable, forgiving women.
