Yes, it's terrible hard.. I would first by doing the hardest thing ever.. which is tell your parents.. they will punish you but if you realize that you did all this wrong you will accept it and make the best of it...

you've got to realise that it's not going to happen over night. You can't wake up and be different. But if you really commit yourself then you can do it. It will be easier if you have someone to help you, someone you trust, or in the absence of someone you could always use God as someone else already suggested. It can't hurt to have a bit of faith
