So being completely wasted, I was able to borrow my friends phone and call another friend because my cell had died.
But when i'am sober, I have no idea what her number is... totally cannot think of it right now.

anyone know why or how this can happen? is it possible to know something drunk and not consciously? i'm so confused.

Things learned in an inebriated state are often only retrievable in a similar level of inebriation.

some call it "drunk memory", it sounds funny, but it is totally true. you tend to remember things the best when you are in the same state of mind as you were when you learned them.
