when i get really mad i cry and I hate that. it makes me look weak, and then i cant think strait. I cant control it, it just comes, and i normally cry hard enough that i cant talk to defend myself.

i just wish i control it.

i know what you mean. very often when i'm frustrated i'll cry and people will think they hurt me, which makes me embarrassed so i cry harder. its ridiculous, i wish i could stop it.

I cry over anything. I cry when I'm happy, annoyed, frustrated, angry, sad. It makes having discussions with my boss very frustrating, because no matter what the discussion is I end up crying, then I feel stupid and immature.

yes and it is embarassing, i forgot to add that. it is especially embarassing when you cry infront of a guy too because im pretty sure this is a female thing
