I used to be pretty active, until I moved about 2 years ago. Since theres no hockey here, and I outgrew my skates I've become pretty lazy  

Just wondering what are some good exercises and food to loose inches around the waist, and upper chest. I'm not really interested in losing weight. I'm not fat I just want to thin out a bit.

start doing 100 yard sprints... about 15 per hour, for 3 hours...

trust me.

I did this for soccer (i was a ball runner) and i really started losing the inches

Anyway I can do this on skates? I'm getting new gear to fuck around, and practice again. Like extend it further since it's easier on skates?

I'll try the sprinting though.
