start doing 100 yard sprints... about 15 per hour, for 3 hours... trust me.
I did this for soccer (i was a ball runner) and i really started losing the inches

Anyway I can do this on skates? I'm getting new gear to fuck around, and practice again. Like extend it further since it's easier on skates?
I'll try the sprinting though.
