My pancreas dosen't make enzymes for me to digest the food properly. So food stays inside my stomach undigested and often it stays there a while because it isn't digested and starts to rot. Thus giving me stomach aches and stuff. I take enzymes to combat that problem. But I am still unable to take in nutrients or keep weight. So I had a feeding tube placed I have cystic fibrosis.

I'm not sure. Consult a doctor on this one. I heard they can be uncomfortable but i'm not sure about sore. Is it like cramping? If so you might even want to be checked for appendicitis although i don't understand why it would only happen when you are hungry.

I'm sorry..that sounds like it really sucks.
I guess the best idea would be to talk to your doctor and tell them you're having pain. They would know best since they are the experts and probably the only people that can do anything about it.

How long did you have the tube in? Maybe you're use to having the tube in still, so when you get hungry you're not use to it.
