Can't you board her in a kennel? Couldn't you try to find a foster home for her while you're gone? I have seen sites like that on the web.
If there was any way that you could get her here I would watch her, not even kidding.

A kennel costs to much. The girl who is even considering taking her wants $500 and my mom wont pay it, even though I'll pay half. She's apparently asked her friends, but I doubt it. She just doesn't give a shit about her.
