i guess people change a lot through their teen life. when i was 9 and listening to crappy pop, i never thought i'd grow up to rock out. also, i thought i'd have many boyfriends but meh, totally wrong. in my pre-teen days when i was imagining myself as a teenager, i pictured a tall girl with neat little blue v-neck and collar shirt underneath, with an obsessive consistent boyfriend who was preppy. now, i want to throw rocks at these couples, and i even had a phase of deep depression and cutting myself. i'm healing, but yeah. i guess i'm not the person i wanted to be. and i'm pretty proud i'm not.

I totally know what you mean.  When I was in 5th grade, I thought I would never ever drink or do drugs.  Also, I was really popular and happy.  I got super depressed between 8th-11th grade, and totally changed.  I'm still dealing with drug addiction.

I'm the complete opposite. When I was a younger kid, I was a total tomboy, and was sickened by all the "preppy" girls who liked a lot of pink, pop music, and ect. I pictured me growing up as a tomboy. But, I was completely wrong, I'm now a preppy girl, my fav. color is pink, and I love pop and a lot of other music. I also love singing and dancing, i'm energetic, outgoing, love shopping, and im one of the girliest girls you'll ever meet. That's me, lol.

i was thinking about that sort of thing the other day.
i am nothing like i ever thought i would (or even could) be. i never would have guessed that i would be friends with a girl who snorts vicodin, i never thought i'd be smoking weed, i never thought i'd have such a great boyfriend for so long, i never thought i'd be ok with going out-of-state for college....etc.

I never thought about how I would turn out, and I always imagined myself to not change. But I have changed lots since then, physically and mentally, but parts of my mind are still the same, and I still enjoy my little imaginations.

i used to be the perfect kid- preppy, sweet, cute- and then this year hit and that all went down the drain..hehe. i'm totally dark and rebellious not to mention depressed. i also went from teen pop music to hard rock/punk.. but i dont care!! i luv it! [my parents dont, tho. ;) ]
