JCC as in Jewish Community Center?

The JCC around me has nothing to do with Judaism. It's just a gym that people belong to. I see Asians swimming there all the time. I'm not a member.

In Sacramento, where I live, we don't have one. In El Paso, where I used to live, there is one but there's nothing really Jewish about it. So I can't say I'm active at my JCC since it's non-existant here, but I'm very active in my youth group USY.

I'd definitely show interest in someone that knows a lot about Judaism. Because I know a LOT and rarely find anyone that knows as much as me... at least among my Conservative friends.
