Why are girls so hesitant to talk to me when I flirt with them? They like the attention I give them b/c they smile but they don't talk?? BTW...I'm a bifemale.

Just because they smile does not mean they enjoy the attention... A smile can mean many things, it could be them being polite, or a smile like "what the hell? whatever."
