I now have the last bit typed out on notepad. Is that cheating?
Technically yes, because you're not supposed to cut and paste anything.
I would just try to set aside 30 min. where you know you won't be interrupted. Or maybe look at the topics beforehand and just try to get a general idea of what you want to say so that you can just go ahead and write instead of thinking.
