No enforcements whatsoever, other than the imperative for there to be an initially superfluous backbone. No imposed forum subcategories, no moderators, no administrator, no support leaders, no spam control measures, no hierarchy built around power. Basically just fresh topics, personal profiles, and the ability to post wherever the fuck you want and whatever the fuck you want: including morally repugnant, offensive, hateful, harassment related, self-harm oriented, shock humor integrated posting, or all of the above in one. Even topics that encourage the discussion of members to hack into livewire collectively and seek to destroy its very foundation, its still allowed because it would never work to begin with -- cause everything is perfect about the system. I think it would be ttly koool.
