Lol.. okay, I'm gonna try to condense a super long story into a few short paragraphs so I can keep the attention of all of you.

Me and my bf have been trying for a baby. I was almost 2 weeks late for my period this time, but the test came out negative (tho my mother's tests never came out positive util she was 2 months along). My period came.
But before that, and still up until today (about a month after the "conception") I've been super nauseous and have thrown up at super random times.
Other than that I've been rather bloated, but not much else (been peeing more often, but that may be coincidence) has indicated that i'm pregnant.

Well, my bf's sister, who we're both really close to, has two kids already and is who we share our progress with and talk to the most.
When she was pregnant she still had periods until she was 3.5 months along.

We've been staying at her house the last few nights just to hang and have a good time, and her and her husband were out getting groceries while we watched the kids. She called and asked if we wanted anything-- I immediately spoke up and said that i'd been wanting a sprite for ages.
lol, she like flipped out saying that sprite was one of the mucho things women crave when they're pregnant.
And when she got home she kept on saying "I got you your sprite.. how'r you feeling??" (I had been nauseous all day, and my bf had announced it to her earlier i guess)

So yeah. She is ABSOLUTELY convinced that I'm pregnant. I'm pretty sure I'm not. Even with all the indicators and whatnot.
But yeah.

lol... What do you guys think??

You could be having a phantom pregnancy, where you have all the symptoms but you're actually not pregnant.

I would go to a doctor - they have more specialized equipment to detect the level of HCG (I think that's the right abbreviation) in your blood and they can also determine by changes in your breasts and uterus whether or not you are pregnant, by doing an examination.

Yeah, definitely visit a doc. Have you taken another test since the negative result?

Nah, doesn't that only happen when you uber think you are, so your mind tricks your body into thinking it is??
She's the one who thinks I am, not me. Lol I actually think it's kinda humorous.

But yeah. It's just a curious topic.

If I get more symptoms or miss my next period I'm planning on going to the doctor, but I hate doctors so I try to avoid them as much as possible.

And no, I haven't taken another test since then. I got my period, so I didn't feel the need to.

I'm not sure how phantom pregnancies work, actually.

But I think the first thing you need to do is get tested, one way or another.

Well that's great. You hate doctors so you would possibly withhold medical attention and prenatals (which are important in the first trimester especially) from your unborn child?

It's impossible to have your period when you're pregnant... And honestly, your sister is being stupid... I'm almost positive that you're not pregnant... but if you really want to know, just go talk to a doctor!  How are we really supposed to know if you're pregnant or not?

You're missing the big picture-- I got my period, which is  HUGE sign that i'm not pregnant. Plus, the text came out negative.
There's like a 0.0001% chance that I am, and I've already gone to my doctor like 3 times before with false alarms.
She told me to wait until I'm at least 3 weeks late for my period to come in again.

And I got 3 negatives until 11 weeks, and bled like normal until the second trimester. And you were talking about waiting over a month.

It's impossible to have your period when you're pregnant...

Nope, that's not true. It's very rare, but there have been cases where women get their periods while they're pregnant, although they're usually lighter than usual.

It's not really understood why, since they're obviously not ovulating, but they just do.

They are not periods. A period is the shedding of the uterine lining, which the baby needs to survive.
