Penis bumps

Yo dude's and dudetes.
Eevery guy has hair follicles above the skin on there penis, (the wee tiny bumps that look like goosbumps) especially within the pubic hair line.
The thing is i have rather alot, doctor a few years ago told me they were perfectly natural and completely harmless, they just look like goosbumps but girls have been put off by them before ive explained what they are.
After that theyve all been completely fine with it.
Anyway 2 questions

Dudes-  Anyone else know what im talking about?
Dudetes- Would it put you off?
