It depends on how much of your grade each exam is worth. Assume that all three are worth 33% of your total grade, then you would just add all three scores up then divide by three, and that would be the average, and thus your grade in the class.
If there are other factors, then it gets a bit more confusing, as you have to calcuate how much of that percentage of your grade you've earned (let's say that Exam A is worth 20% of your grade, Exam B 10%, Exam C 50%, and Attendence is worth 20%). If you got 50% on Exam A, 70% on Exam B, and 90% on Exam C, and went to every lecture then your grade would be (50% of 20% = 10 / 70% of 10% = 7 / 90% of 50% = 45 / 20) 82% in the class.
