Ok well I started back dieting last week and it has gotten to where when I eat I immediately do anything to get rid of the food. I'm seeing a psychiatrist but for a different reason(depression). Do you think I should tell her about this. btw I've lost like 10lb. by doing this. I don't want her to tell my parents because then I will have no privacy and they will watch everything I eat. Do you think i'm going to far on this?
