Alright so I'm in percussion class. For those of you that don't know what that is, it's drumming class. we are learning this song. We have to play it in front of the whole school Monday and I'm really nervous because today we played it for the firs time without are sheet music and we didn't sound so great. I don't think we are going to have 4th period tomorrow (percussion class) so I'm afraid we won't be able to practice. It's going to be really cool though because when we play it we are going to be in this room with black lights. And we are going to be playing on trashcans that have been painted with bright colors that glow because of the black light. We are also going to have are bright orange sticks that you can see as well. Its going to look pretty sweet because the audience is just going to be able to see the trashcans glow and the glowing drumsticks playing. But its a group thing. If one person messes up it just looks really bad. So I'm worried about everyone else too.
I think are percussion teacher is going to film us. So I'll be sure to post the video on here. (if it turns out good)
I'm just really nervous though. Wish me luck!!!
