  if you cannot accomplish these five tasks, then obviously you are wearing these things to get some type of attention. You cant have it both ways.

  thats stupid, i agree with the second 2, but its hot, why shouldn't i wear a skirt? if i get to warm i feel ill, girls should be able to wear skirts and guys not think its an invitation to be dicks.

but you make it sound like its girls fault, and it isnt. admittedly with some of the things you said (low cut tops, clothes with sexy written on etc) it would be the girls fault, but wearing dresses and skirts that aren't slutty or anything isn't her fault that she gets attention.
