today, i've eaten: a bowl of cereal. (200) a bagel. (150) a granola bar. (90) an apple. (80) beans and rice (500). spoonful of peanutbutter (unknown) also, I took two Ephedra (diet pills), and did my normal half-hour workout. like i've been doing for the past three days. but i feel bloated, and disgusting, and the right side of my head ACHES, a STABBING, THROBBING pain. and it's been doing this for the past three days. since i started this 'program'. should i stop? but i don't want to get big. but this isn't getting me any smaller... but i want the headaches to go away. and i'm worried. what's wrong with me?

those symptoms point to a pill problem. those pills don't work, and cause tons of issues.

maybe its the pills if their otc then it might be them you never know how they will effect you.. and it doesnt seem like u ate to much.. u shouldnt cut out half the stuff u use to eat u just porportion and eat the RIGHT stuff

Umm... Your body didn't get enough nutrients for the day, Try eating MORE! It'll help trust me. You're supposed to eat every 2 to 3 hours.

i've only ever taken ibuprofen or acetometaphin for them. let's be diet buddies =) haha 
hmm, well it could just be the shock of the new diet on your body that is causing the headaches. which means they may go away some time soon. lol sounds fun :) i need to lose hmm, bout 1 stone. lost a pound a day last time for the first week :D losing 1stone would put me at around 9stone 10. which seams nice. :) oh and i forgot to say, the spoonful of peanut butter is very good ;) gives a huge energy boost, especially when in the gym! hmm... in pounds, i think i need to lose about 20-25. but if you're using stone, then that's... 1.428571 to 1.785714 stone. maybe a full 2. i haven't decided yet. there's a possibility that i may be checking in with you every now and again...so you'd better stick with it =) haha

How about you don't? You are both dieting unhealthy. You should come to this forum to get better and support, not find someone to encourage you to continue bad habits. What you said earlier comes up to about 1110 calories I believe. (assuming the peanut butter was one tablespoon) Your body needs at least 1200, and for you, being 5'8, you need a LOT more than that even. That's probably why you are dizzy, plus the diet pills. And also, you do not need to lose weight. You are very much on the thin side, so please stop. I don't know how long you've been doing this, but if not very long, you are going to slip over the edge and go out of control and wish you never started this whole thing. Just eat healthy. At your height, you need over 2000 calories- even trying to lose weight they still recommend that girls at your height have over 2000 calories. Just enjoy your life before this BECOMES your life.
