unfortunatly my site has been hacked, everythings been deleted and the only thing left was a index page saying its been hacked by http://hackdevilz.com/.

My MSQL database is still in tact, the site was backed up on my home hdd, but the forum wasn't. i was using an invision power board forum. 2.3.3 i assume all post, users, passwords ect was stored in the database, is there a way of recoving the post and users?

Get a file recovery program. If they didn't properly delete the files, they may be recoverable.

If your database is ok and only your forum files have been  removed, just install the forum again but pick an upgrade option. If there isnt an option to upgrade, install it and just edit the config file to contain the right settings for your database.

Get a blank copy of invision and set it up, then set up all of your config files to point towards the database, it should all be there.

Obviously things like avatars, uploads and images won't be recovered.

Export it using a MySQL utility like PHPMyAdmin...your host probably has that installed if you've got a CPanel or something of the sort.

Then, on the new server, execute the query on the new MySQL server.
