My boyfriend is going to a concert tonight and I'm anxious. I don't know why I'm freaking out, nothing is going to happen, he loves me and it's just a stupid concert. Meh, I think my medication dosage needs upped or something... Anyone else get anxious when your bf/gf gets around people of the opposite sex? Not by your choice but just like...you can't help it? What do you do to try and keep yourself calm?

Easier said than done, I have an anxiety disorder. My medication takes care of the biggest chunk of my anxiety but there's a little left that's just nagging the living fuck out of me.

Same reason, because she's going to be around other guys. It all has to do with being insecure with yourself and your lover, also your relationship together. I think about it to myself and say, if She really loves me, she will not do anything that will harm our relationship

Yeah, I've been pretty upset lately but it's mainly because of his Mom and a few things he said when he was upset. I sort of want to talk to him about it just so I can feel better but I'm afraid it'll upset him so I'm afraid to.
