ok so i have been playing for my coach for 3 years. I work hard. I have been there the longest. And i do all of his calls and shit to tell people when practice is moved, cancelled, or if they need to bring in waivers/registration i'm the one who calls and reminds them. I took over and began leading the team when our captains quit. Yesterday at the end of the race he announced that another team mate would be captain. She is the same age as me. She has been part of our program a year less then me. She is always late. the only extra thing she did to contribute to our team is make shirts for a race. Last season she threatened to quit so she gets fridays off practice. I feel the only reason my coach made her captain is because hes afraid she is going to quit. THIS PISSED me off. Would you quit??? Cause  I think I will

Dont quit....tell your coach the girl he made captain,can do all that stuff.....make him regret his choice

I don't think that you should quit because you threatening to quit is just like her threatening to quit to get fridays off. It's just childish. I think that you should tell him to have her make all the calls and whatever else you do.
