i was looking up different exercises on google
and i came across a page that was like, "Find your Ideal Weight!"

and it said that people at 5'0 were supposed to be 100 pounds, and you add 5 pounds for every inch you are over that.

and i did that, but i weigh more than that.  not much more, but still more.

i hate these stupid 'ideal weight!' things.  they make people feel so bad about themselves.

idk it just makes me feel bad
because my friend is a few inches taller than me
and weighs less than me
and then im like damnnn im fat.
