Sometimes when i wake up in the middle of the night. I'm really really hot and i start panicking and my heart is pumping really fast and then I feel like crying. And i think of really really weird stuff that freaks me out.
Like stuff get really really small. Like on a stick or something. Or like a box getting smaller. and i have to sit up and think about everything else. And try to think happy thoughts. It's really weird
What could this be??
