Would you rather date a Hispanic American girl (one that was born in the U.S. so is an American citizen and doesn't even know Spanish) or a girl of English/Scottish ancestry who is also an American? Ignore their personalities and focus on the percieved looks for this question. Weird question, yeah I'm bored. Just answer. Keep in mind that those girls would both be AMERICAN.
