ugh, i haven't had it this bad in a LONG TIME. i was 'diagnosed' when i was 8 (10 years ago), and over the years the frequency of my flare ups has decreased, but the severity when it happens has increased. right now, i feel like death. i wish there was some miracle cure instead of a cocktail of pills involving anti-diarheals, and pain killers that really do nothing. someone, sympathise with me! give me new ways to lessen the severity of my symptoms! anything!

irritable bowel symdrom. it's a digestive tract issue, that causes major stomach pain and cramping, diarhea (or just a regular bowel movement depending on the day), and because of the pain, you can also get hot or cold flashes. those are just my symptoms, it's different for other people.

it's awful and so far there's no cure. when it's all bloody i can't even walk so i use a wheelchair.
