Not really, when your at the point where you call them. Usually they will call 911 to get you to a hospital where you are practically imprisoned. Not helpful and very stressing on a person in the situation. But it does get their foot into the door to getting some help.

They arnt helpful really
They just tell you not to do anything and stay clam
and they just listen to what you say, but dint give any actual advice.
