I feel so vulnerable and worthless.

Because i used to get really bullied in 7th grade by this group of girls and they would push me and stuff and one time one of them came up to me and pushed me so i pushed her back and then she hit me in my face. What bugs me is no one did anything about it...i mean i did press charges but that was only because my aunt told me to cause she was so mad but if she didn't convince me to do it i wouldnt've cause my dad dint even care. he didnt want to do anything about it at all and was mad at me that i made him go down to the police station with him and press charges. this wasnt the only time people have physically bullied me. it was a lot of times but i never pressed charges. so basically i feel so vulnerable and worthless because anyone can do anything to me and i cant do anything about it and i have no one to stand up for me.   :(

Dont chill, dont associate with people like that or tell someone about it bulliying should be taken serious and schools have zero tolerance for it too!

Being secure is a choice, not a feeling. If people mistreat you, stand up for yourself, and have the dedication to acquire what you need to back it up. Whether that be muscles, fighting know-how, or a permit for a weapon, you need to make it happen. I know it would be easier to have support from your family, but in the end, you yourself are reliable for your person.
