I am doing a persuasive speech on abortion. I need to have insight into what people about my age think about. Please don't just say it's right or it's wrong. Please expand a little and give me something to go off of would be AMAZING.

i agree with abortion, why bring a child into the world that you cant properly care or love, that in my opinion is worse then killing a few cells.

I saw an article in the paper this morning about a man who was born with severe facial deformities and he said if he had a child who he knew would be born like him he would abort it. He wouldn't let it suffer as he did.

You can use stories like that. Also for just general abortion facts, wikipedia. Maybe also mention miscarriage, because abortion is usually known as the mother choosing to get rid of her child. However miscarriage is also a form of abortion.

well i think that abortion is WRONG becouse its killing a baby no matter if its cells or not its still like murder and
if you got preganant its bacally your fault you shouldent of had sex and you should take resonsiblity for what you did and take care of the baby thatz what i think..

I did one of those once (persuasive essay) I just googled it n there was a web site that had a list of reasons, it was completely against my point of view, but it was very persuasive, lol.
uhm, once a mother, always a mother. u can't give birth to a child and forget about it (tahts what my english teacher said against one of my points, of course she is a mother)

I think abortion is wrong. I would never get an abortion myself.

If abortion is unjustified, so is removal of cancerous tumors. A tumor

1. Is alive (consists of working eukaryotic cells, which are, by definition, alive, no matter which of the popular definitions one uses).
2. Is human (consists of cells with sufficiently similar DNA).
3. Has a unique DNA (due to mutations).
4. Has its own metabolism.
5. Is a part of the mother's body.
6. Is a product of the mother's body.

Since the removal of a tumor is justified, abortion is justified.
