But it could be genuine amnesia as alcohol does tend to give some people. If he is someone you ARE close with would you be willing to risk that for an admission of sexuality. Some people can be really against it. When my friend of 8 yrs. came out to me i was shocked. But i love her regardless. (platonically like!) lol. But not all people are that open toward it. Another friend did not take it so well when our other friend came out to be gay. Dropping a crate of glasses and having allergy to him for weeks. People are different with different ideals and opinions.

If i were you i'd try to find out his opinion toward sexuality to avoid any unnessacary confrontation. If that is what you want.

Well done for coming to grips with it yourself and you do what you need to, and dont let anyone elses opinions hold you down, even if its discarding mine and following your heart. Do what makes you happy.
