my sisters gonna have a baby, she's 16 and her boyfriends 17. they're both in education to get really good jobs, but what should they do at the moment?!?! i mean should he get a job, get as much money together as he can? he's not in full time education at the moment but he's just being lazy and spending the money he gets on beer

she does, thats not what I'm asking. I'm asking what the best thing for him to do right now, i mean they need money they both still live with they're parents they're gonna have to pay for uni an lodes of other stuff

Well, he is definitely going to have to get his act together. One question, how can he buy beer if he is under aged?

They both need to stay in school and get a part-time job. That way they can still be going towards a good education for a good career, and being responsible. (Making money to support the baby)

During the summer they should go full-time. There is no time now to be kids, they need to grow up now.

Uhm, no, I had my daughter at 16 and I take great care of her. They're to IMMATURE for a kid, not too young.

um...sounds like my sitch, kinda...my bf had a pt job and spends all money he has on booze while I am preg. working on getting my cna going to college online in the fall, moving in with him and raising this child full time...so yea, he needs to start looking for a job that he would want to do.  Right now my bf is collecting scrap metal to take to the iron lot for money...makes ok money when there is some and he might get a job as a park ranger...until then, who knows.
