FUCK IT, TO FUCKING HELL! I took my fucking breaks to the fucking mechanic to be fixed, they reset the abs which is an anti-locking system. EXCEPT MY ABS LOCKS MY FUCKING BRAKES. So today, i'm driving behind some incompetent like 70 year old cunt, and he slams on his brakes. So I slam on mine, but wouldn't you fucking know it, my abs is jamming my brakes so i hit him in the bumper at about 20-30km/per hour. That is I think around 15-22m/ph for americans. Fuck, me in the asshole, fucking fuck fucking douche fucking fuck. This is going to raise my fucking insurance, and I bet the old cunts are going to try to rip me off, all i did was scratch the bumper so about $100 for a buffer and $150 for paint, but i bet you anything they will make me try to pay for shit that was already done to their shitty old fucking Honda. FUCK A DUCK IN IT'S CUNT, SHIT FUCK CUNT. FUCK!

Well, the scary thing is... that was ~my~ old car... And yeah, the hood always had problems. I mean, if you opened the hood for something, you had to go through a bit of trial and error to try to close it (you'd have to use a screw driver to move something around to get it shut all the way). My dad would always fix it up for me, but it's possible that he didn't know that, and didn't actually close it all the way? Or otherwise, since there's been something messed up with it in the past... he may have hit something that loosened it up altogether? But yeah... was kind of weird... because I drove around one day with the hood not closed all the way (I was in dire need of washer fluid, and didn't know how to properly lock down the hood all the way), and when I got home, my dad told me that it was really dangerous to drive like that, because the hood could fly up... and I thought, "That's so unlikely...". Well... apparently not... O__O.

It's very easy, all you need is to be travelling fast enough and a small wind will send it right up.

Yeah, that I can get. But then again, I never used the highways where I used to be (and definitely wouldn't if the hood wouldn't go down all the way), so I never had to go ~that~ fast. But when I say it doesn't close all the way... it's kind of like... you know, you lock the car down, you shut the door, but it doesn't close all the way. But you can't open it either, so either you push it shut from there, or you unlock the door and try again. The hood was kind of like an unshut door that wouldn't open if it was locked... But yeah... I guess I was stupider back then... cuz it seems completely reasonable now, but I just never thought I'd hear about it happening to someone...
