I have really bad skin on my face spots, marks and now a heat rash. My skin isnt even the same shade, its all different so i wear make up to even it out. I want to stop wearing make up and go natural. i dont know what to do about it ive tried many products, drinking more water, taken vitamins for it and nothing has change and its been 4 years.

Any natural remedies i can try?
