"Exactly. That's the rule. Period, end of story." and "The rule is Nobody under the age of 13. Thats it. "  

thats sounds harsh as they thought i was trying to find excusses. I was not, I thought since they deleted the Pic just with her in it, I thought the law applied just to that pic because she was alone. so i wasnt sure if the guidlines applied to her being with her mom in the pic as well, thats why i am asking.

I know i said i would follow the guidelines, it is why i came her to get things cleard up so i didnt violate the guidelines. I wasnt clear if there was a difference if i was with her or not but some PPl has to be rude. ALl you had to say is "It applies to both kind of pictures, if she is alone in the pic or if she is with her mother, its not allowed." instead of making me feel like shit

well, you could of been more constructive in saying it with an understanding that i wasnt sure if it applied to both and instead of make it seem as you was irraritated that i even asked the question. Compassion works better when dealing with PPL who is geinually sinciere about not be clear if it was aloud or if there wasa difference.

I dont think i will ask questions again cause now i fear that this will happen again for no reason. i will take my chances next time in a possibilty of breaking the guidelines..

This is my last post cause of the responces has distance me from communicating with an support leader or a mod, has a bitter-taste to my mouth now.

You aren't allowed to upload pictures of people who are under 13, where the person is personally identifiable in that picture; where they are used on things such as forums, message boards and chat rooms.

Technically by the law if we have parental permission we could let it be uploaded, but that takes money time and a lot of stuff to make sure it is all right.

Remember that you can upload the pictures to image hosting sites such as ImageDo.com and Photobucket.com and link them to people, but not to embed them in image tags on LiveWire as we copy everything to our servers image wise.

Thank you soooo much for a simple and direct answer to my question. Not sure why the other support leader couldnt of explained it like that. I thought the guldelines only applied to her being the only one in the pic, and wanted to make sure it didnt apply to a pic with me with her in the pic befor i put that one up. I am not certian why they didnt understand the concept that i wasnt sure about the two kinds of pics. the one by herself or one with her and me in the same pic. but they sure do know how to be uncompassionate. Thanks so much for your time and compassion.  they could of said. NO, Both kind of Pics arent allow cause it still has a child in the pic thats under 13, no matter if she is by her self or not or with a bunch of relatives. I thought it would be safe if i was in the puc with her but now i see, its not allowed either way.

I avoid most interaction, especially in cases like this when they are sensitive. It's the Internet, you can not take what everyone says as if they are yelling. I've seen nothing harsh in this topic, everything was simple... cut and dry.
