what does lack of period mean?

i'm not pregnant, stressed, under any new medications, a man, or lying.

i can't remember the last time i had my period. maybe 7 weeks ago.

2) Change to diet
3) Natural irregularity. Periods aren't always regular after all.

Wait another month or so, if you're still seeing nothing, I'd advise a check up with your doctor.
