put it over your head, tip your hair forward, twist the towel around the hair then flick it back... lol that probably didn't make sense

okay, you tip your head forward, and put the center of the towell there. then you wrap it around, turn your head up and tuck under the hem. If you do it properly, and have longish hair, it should stay on!
