i've cut out all white bread, i hardly ever eat bread, and when i do its that 9 multi grain bread. i don't eat sweets, like candybars, chocolates, chips (aside from my quaker rice snacks, and my veggie sticks). I take a daily multivitamin plus fish oil tablets, I'm pretty good about taking them every day.... I don't drink any fizzy drinks, no sodas, no coffee, no energy drinks, just water. I eat fish, chicken, and cow often, but I've cut my portion sizes down drastically. I eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Am I doing something wrong?
