I hate dances as well i can't really dance very well but i still go to them
i wouldn't miss prom just because i can't dance though
slow dances are easy so no prob there...fast dances are a different story. although at my school they practically turn into orgies so

I hate school dances. Expecially at my school. They play horrible music, and we're all packed into this tiny gym....it gets all hot and sweaty...plus there's no room to sit or stand or anything. it's horrible. i usually try and steer clear of them. not to mention i don't know how to dance.lol

Duuuuude, I totally do. But you should make your mom and your girlfriend happy and go. I mean, I'm no dancin fool myself, but it's been pretty awesome a couple of times going when I'm hanging out with my friends and stuff. Slow dances can be pretty tiight too. That doesn't take my knowledge. Haha. Believe me. I wouldn't do it if it did. So you should go. Party down.
