Okay, so I tried out Safari on my compaq pressario for about a day or two, and now, it's shit, it keeps freezing, i've ran virus scans, and IE works fine, it's just this shit browser.

So can somebody tell me what a good browser is to use, that isn't IE, Safari, Netscape, or Opera?

any other semi-decent ones?

The ones you mentioned along with Firefox are basically the best and most reliable browsers to use.

What exactly are you looking for that you're being so picky about browsers?

Firefox is so easily customizable. I don't understand why you're "sick of it".

Firefox.
I have a Mac, and Safari works great for me. But on my old PC Firefox was best.

Yeah, I've got a Mac running Safari for the past few days but really prefer Firefox 3. I love the fact it has extensions support - plus it's open source.

Most other Web Browsers are private and aren't all that different from the main 5 - IE, FF, Opera, Safari and Netscape.

I am actually using Safari for Windows right now. It is good, but it has quite a few bugs. For example, history doesn't work at all. And it slows down after a while, but it looks great. I would suggest getting a mac if you want to use Safari or just download Firefox 3. Firefox 3 is actually super-fast, even faster than previous releases of firefox. Get it at getfirefox.com .

By the way, Opera just released a new version a little while ago, 9.5, and they say it is great. It has a few new features, but I still like Firefox 3 the best.
