What you do is go in the settings for the programs and try to find a way to hide the links from appearing in the taskbar. Another thing to do is just leave a Linux Live-CD running for him and he probably won't know the big difference.
But if he paid for the computer it is his choice to fuck it up, so just keep backups of your files to be safe. When something does happen only his shit gets lost.
Or set the below image as his desktop with it in the centered position (no stretching) and he will freak. That will teach him a lesson when your "software" miraculously fixes it, as you demonstrate (and hide the image when he isn't paying attention.

He keeps exiting out of all the anti-virus/firewall software I installed on the computer. I keep telling the fucking idiot it helps our computer and not to shut them down but the fucking douche bag don't listen.
