so in around 2 months, one of my friends and i plan to go on a road trip.
we are going about a seven hour distance to visit one of our other friends before everyone goes to college. we'll probably only stay 4-5 days.

i was just wondering if anyone had suggestions about what we could bring, what we could do, preparations for the road, emergency money, things of that nature...

we want the trip to go as smoothly and as cheap as possible.

any suggestions?
