don't worry about it. ive known alot of very attractive girls who didn't have bigg boobs. belive it or not boobs arn't everything, sure they help you attract guys but those guys are ussaly dushbags ne way... and who knows your 16 you could grow them out in a year or two... you just gotta accept yourself and everything will be ok.
