Everytime I try to post my layout on to Createblog I get "Screenshot must be in 4:3 or widescreen".
This is the only help I can find about that on Createblog.

"WHY DO I GET "SCREENSHOT MUST BE IN 4:3 OR WIDESCREEN" ERROR?
Make sure you haven't cropped (edited) your screenshot. If the problem persists, make sure that you're using a standard (4:3) or widescreen (16:10) resolution. Examples of standard resultions are 800x600, 1024x768. Examples of widescreen resolutions are 1280x800 and 1440x900."

I don't get it. >_<
How can I make sure It is in that resolution when I take the Screen shot?

Go to your desktop and right click, click properties.

Then if your in Vista click display settings and if your in XP or something else choose devices or something, the end box.

Move the slider too a "standard resolution" I'm guessing you are using a 16:9 screen, maybe at 1680 X 1050.

A screenshot is by definition one of those resolutions. Your screenshot must fit your screen exactly, or else it's not a screenshot. Can I see it?

Like, I know how to do a screen shot. I get that fine.
But it's not in the resolution which is needed to put it on the site. Is there a way that I can change it without editing or cropping the screenshot itself?

Could temporarily change  the resolution to a standard ratio.

Mine is set to a 5:4, 1280*1024 (highest my old CRT will go).

Really, they should support 5:4. 1280x1024 is a really popular resolution.
