Both, but a little more worried about the second one. I used to be the second one, and I always kelp those feelings to myself. Since I never talked about them or anything, the feelings just built up. Things got worse. Eventually I went into a long, vicious cycle where I was frequently attempting to commit suicide. I didn't talk about it for the longest time, but everyone around me noticed that I wasn't myself.
