hmm, thats a tough one. try some counseling and therapy if you haven't done it yet. and if they prescribed you medicine, take them as well. whenever you feel like blacking out, try talking to someone about it, they could try to help

there has never been any full proff that schizophenia is biological or psychologyical but i believe that everybody has the gene its how you are brought up in childhood that can trigger different effects
