I do not think so, because of the fact that doing it with one thing very well could lead to doing it with everything again. it would be like me saying... ok... i will only throw up sweets, or something like that... its still bad for you, because of the fact it has happened before. try gum... try chewing gum, and then once the flavor is gone, put it in the trash... but only do this with gum
